“I joined Alpha during one of my darkest times after receiving a health diagnosis.  I started to question "What is happening to me?" and how I could have avoided this. Alpha gave me a safe platform where I could ask ALL the questions in a safe and calm environment.  Everyone was so supportive and the community was one like no other. I loved going where no one judged no matter where you came from or if you were a "believer". Alpha gives you those opportunities to ask. The program has brought me a lot of peace and I am not as anxious anymore during my health journey.
