What to expect:

Our Sunday gatherings are a time that we all get together to celebrate and proclaim who God is in our lives. It’s like a rest stop for our souls if you will. It’s a time where we come together, from all the different places and spaces we spend our weeks in to remind ourselves of who God is, realign with Him, connect with others and hopefully leave feeling encouraged and refreshed to live out of refreshed faith in the week ahead.

  • Some people like to arrive a bit early to connect with others (grab a coffee at our cafe!) chat about what your week’s been like (don’t worry you don’t have to get deep if you don’t want to - feel free to just share a cat video you loved this week!)

Or if chit chat isn't your thing - arrive just before 10 am and grab a seat! We get started right at 10am!

  • While every Sunday may have an element or two that’s different - Generally services look something like this:

A host welcomes everyone, inviting us to consciously leave our weeks at the door and spend this time intentionally. Together we’ll spend some time singing songs in worship - this is a time where we are centring ourselves on why we’re here together. (Don’t worry - you don’t have to know the words, you don’t even have to sing if you don’t want!)

After singing, you will hear from a member of our teaching team, who will deliver a talk/teach from the Bible. This is a time where we are learning something about God, His character and His will for our lives and how to live that out in our daily walk with Him. We hope this time is encouraging to your soul!

  • At FCC we strongly believe that curiosity and growth are closely linked. We believe we are more empathetic, compassionate humans when we know and love others that don’t share all the same beliefs, opinions and experiences. The FCC community strives to be a place full of humble people trying to figure out what it means to follow Jesus well.

Therefore we believe this is best done with many from varying perspectives.

  • Nope! Whatever you’d be most comfortable wearing at a coffee shop works for us!
