Faith is daunting and the society has a lot to say about how you should live and what you should believe. We believe that Jesus is the answer to every question - even when it’s hard.
Forest City Church is a place to ask questions, wrestle with life, and learn together. We won’t judge or expect you to be someone you are not!
Join us on Sunday mornings at 10 AM as we gather together! We’d love to see you there!
We are located at 5855 Imperial, Burnaby BC. On Sundays you can enter our lot directly from Imperial St or from the back on Nolan St.
what to expect
Our Sunday gatherings are a time to celebrate who God is in our lives and to learn how our lives can reflect Him more! It is a time where many come together from all different walks of life to intentionally grow. Hopefully feeling refreshed and challenged to live like Jesus in the upcoming week!

Our service begins at 10 AM! Come any time before that - we have coffee every Sunday morning ready before the service. People love to come earlier to grab a coffee, say hello to someone, and find their favourite seat!

While every Sunday may have an element or two that’s different - Generally services look something like this:
A host welcomes everyone, inviting us to consciously leave our weeks at the door and spend this time intentionally. Together we’ll spend some time singing songs in worship - this is a time where we are centring ourselves on why we’re here together. (Don’t worry - you don’t have to know the words, you don’t even have to sing if you don’t want!)
After singing, you will hear from a member of our teaching team, who will deliver a talk/teach from the Bible. This is a time where we are learning something about God, His character and His will for our lives and how to live that out in our daily walk with Him. We hope this time is encouraging to your soul!

At FCC we strongly believe that curiosity and growth are closely linked. We believe we are more empathetic, compassionate humans when we know and love others that don’t share all the same beliefs, opinions and experiences. The FCC community strives to be a place full of humble people trying to figure out what it means to follow Jesus well.
Therefore we believe this is best done with many from varying perspectives.

aLPHA
Have questions about the big things in life? Faith? God? Life? Purpose? Looking for somewhere safe to learn, discuss, and grow?
Alpha is an 10 week course that creates a weekly space, where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about faith, life and God.
There’s something of value for everyone, no matter where you’re at on your spiritual journey.
